D-COAX offers four analytical probe models: HyPac model for package characterization, and two models, Omni and OmniJet, for board level characterization, and DP1.4mm diffenrential, single-ended probe.
D-COAX’s HyPac probe is a great solution for in-process testing of hybridpackages with glassed pin feed-thru(s). By probing the package feed-thru pins with fast rise time TDR or high frequency VNA via HyPac probe, manufacturers of the hybrid packaging can pretest package performance and interconnections before assembling actual connectors and therefore saving money by not assembling defective packages. For the high frequency PCB impedance characterization or high-speed electrical signal analysisthe Omni probe by D-COAX is an excellent and affordable solution. High accuracy measurement obtained by having low contact resistance and impedance control of the probe throughout all transitions.
Using Omni probe in conjunction with D-COAX probe holder, the device under test (DUT) can be tested not just in usual horizontal position, but can be tilted at the any angle or vertical position. (Read More)
The OmniJet probe by D-COAX is used for high frequency PCB impedance characterization orhigh-speed electrical signal analysis and is an excellent and affordable solution. It is similar to Omni probe, but it’s mounted on the compact rigid holding fixture. This compact configuration is designed for low profile PCB boards. High accuracy measurement obtained by having low contact resistance and impedance control of the probe throughout all transitions. (Read More)
The DP1.4 Differential probe by D-COAX is used for high frequency PCB differential impedance characterization or high-speed differential or single-ended electrical signal analysis and is an excellent and affordable solution. The probe is mounted on the compact rigid holding fixture that can be configured in two positions: horizontal position for nulling out probe-to-probe or testing and the vertical position for de-embedding the probe and testing. This compact configuration is designed for PCB boards or direct probing of Twinax or Coaxial cable. Because the probe uses un-coupled 50 ohm semi-rigid for each channel, differential or single-ended measurements are possible. High accuracy measurement are obtained by having low contact resistance and impedance control of the probe throughout all transitions. (Read More)
